Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine stayed on its lees for three months. A small portion of the wine then barrel aged for added complexity and richness. The result is well-balanced with with rich aromas of tropical fruit. A well-integrated acidity and subtle notes of oak bring the wine into perfect harmony.
