A delightful blend of 60% Rolle (the local name for Vermentino) and 20% each of Grenachhe Blanc and Clairette. The wine spends about three months on fine lees before a gentle filtration prior to bottling. The intend of the wine is to present a fresh and fruit driven image of the terroir. In the nose, notes of ripe yellow fruit are accentuated by a pleasant touch of honey. The fresh acidity provides backbone and balance, leading into a smooth, refreshing finish.
