After manually harvesting the grapes, they are gently pressed and then the must is immediately removed from the skins to retain the natural elegant fruity character of the Greco. The temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats follows after which the wine gets to rest in stainless steel tanks for about six months. It has a typical yellow colour with green reflections. The aromas are intense with notes of pineapple and banana against a floral background. The taste is fresh with a crisp acidity.
